FEES & SCHEDULING
Face to face Choir Sessions will run for 1 hour and be charged at £9 per person per session
The choir will run alongside the academic calendar in Surrey and & be invoiced for in half termly blocks (usually around 6-7 weeks), so there will be no need to worry about any half term/bank holiday confusion.
Details of how to pay for your sessions will be on your invoice, but feel free to get in touch with any questions.
ABSENCES & STOPPING CHOIR
If you/your child are absent from a session for any reason & unable to provide at least 48 hrs notice in advance, then it would unfortunately still be chargeable and therefore deducted from your block.
If 48hrs is provided, any sessions affected will be credited to the next session available.
If you wish to terminate your involvement with Harmonix, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice must be given. Any remaining sessions left in excess of the notice period will of course be refunded
